ABOUT KIT

Kit is the CEO and Co-Founder of TLR Leadership and Coaching Academy. She is an Inspirational Leadership Keynote Speaker and Coach and has been coaching and serving in leadership roles for almost forty years. While primarily serving in the real estate field, including owning and operating her own brokerage, her true talent and undeniable passion is developing others so they can make their own personal and professional dreams come true. Kit has dedicated the past few years serving as the National Director of The Locker Room, a top-tier real estate coaching platform. A graduate of IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), she holds certification as a professional coach from the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and is recognized as a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership.

Kit has recently been appointed to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. Her involvement in the NSBA Leadership Council reflects her commitment to addressing crucial challenges confronting small businesses, such as tax reform, regulatory constraints, healthcare expenses, and the potential impact of capital accessibility on small enterprises.

ABOUT JAKE

Jake is the Founder and CEO of The Locker Room Real Estate Coach & Training organization that specializes in partnering with broker owners and their agents to increase growth, retention, productivity, and profitability. The Locker Room began in 2016 when Jake was one of the Top Productivity Coaches in the country. Jake was selected by Agent Fire as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Coaches in 2021 and served on the SUCCESS Coaching Founder's Circle. Jake was also named a Top Real Estate Coach for 2022 by Coach Foundation and Top 25 Real Estate Trendsetter by SUCCESS Magazine. Jake and his team have served over 250 brokerages and 20,000+ agents within their first 5 years. Jake is unapologetically passionate about helping the 90+% of N.A.R. that currently close fewer than 24 homes per year in addition to the 87% of agents who fail within their first 2 years of the business. Jake graduated from the University of North Florida and played college and professional baseball which has served as inspiration when developing The Locker Room.
