Equine-Assisted Leadership Intensive
2–3 days · residential · up to 8 leaders
Horses don’t lie. And they’re not afraid to tell you the truth.
In human-to-human leadership, there’s almost always reservation about truth. In a round pen with a horse, there isn’t. Horses respond to a leader’s nervous system in real time, not their title, their credentials, or what they meant to say. The pattern that’s leading you under pressure, the place where you’re drifting, the way you’re showing up, the horse reads it the moment you walk in.
The equine intensive integrates three pieces of the Aligned Leadership System into one residential experience:

horse
❦ Presence training — practicing the kind of leadership a horse will actually follow

I design the workshop for your team specifically.
Within two weeks, you receive a workshop design document including objectives, agenda, pre-work, assessments, materials, and outcomes. Nothing off the shelf.

The team takes the assessment ahead of the session.
Participants complete the ALI™ (and Whole Self Fitness™ for full-day and intensive workshops) at least a week before. Results inform the room.
